Where do you feel stuck?

ree

We often talk about procrastination or feeling stuck like it’s a flaw.

A failing.

A character defect.

But what if it’s something you learned?

Maybe you had a parent or caregiver who avoided taking action because they didn’t know how to be with the emotions that came with it.

Or maybe you had the opposite. A parent who mirrored society’s obsession with endless productivity, where slowing down felt shameful.

You believe that:“Feeling stuck means I'm lazy.”“I'm falling behind.”“I'm wasting my potential.”

Maybe you've learnt to push forward, ignoring the signals in your body and overriding your inner wisdom.

True momentum doesn’t come from forcing. It comes from honouring your true self over your egoic self.

Not everything we label procrastination is a problem. Sometimes it’s not the right time. Sometimes it's a protective part that needs you to relate to yourself differently.

However you relate to the idea of procrastination, using reparenting can help you find a new perspective with it. That can look like:

• Naming the story that’s running the show

• Taking one tiny, inspired action

• Celebrating yourself even when it feels hard

• Asking for help even when it feels vulnerable

Sometimes it looks like being with yourself, without rushing to fix or change anything.

In the Reparenting Portal we’re transforming our relationship with procrastination together in a powerful, supportive community.
